It is always an adventure going back to Carrollton. Josh attended the University of West Georgia and we love any time our weddings take us back there. Being a Georgia Wedding Photographer has taken us all over the state, but there is something about going back to those familiar places.

We arrived at Macedonia Hills to a beautiful view of mountains and the sweetest barn. The farm tables were decorated with eucalyptus and candles and the light gave us the perfect backdrop. These are the moments that I love being a Georgia wedding photographer. Georgia’s glowy light, especially in the mountains, never disappoints.

I love what Emily said to me as I captured her detail shots the week before her elopement. Her words, “I just want to be married!” Peter even commented at the elopement that this has really put things in perspective. Can I just say, these two are a dream couple. At the end of the day, they just wanted to be married!
