I am signing my name below to state that I agree to the Social Media Private Mentoring Plan that I have chosen with Amy Sullins of Amy-Cole Photography. During this time, I will make myself available for all coaching calls, but be flexible if dates/times must change. Payments are due in either installments or one time installment and due on the FIRST of each calendar month of mentoring (i.e. November 1). Each lesson must be held within the month allotted.
